This seitan roast is a nice sweet & smoky BBQ flavor. Savory with a little spicy kick and a little sweetness to round it out. Flavor profiles are centered around a sweet bbq sauce and chipotle peppers, garlic, paprika, and more. Great cold sliced for sandwiches or a hot roast!
