A downtown Westerly, RI fine art gallery offering original paintings in oil, acrylic and pastel, drawings, photography, crafts and fine fabric pillows. We feature an ever-rotating display of artwork by the gallery owner, Monika Agnello. She works in all mediums with significant bodies of work in abstracts, rodeo and cowboys, portraits and figure sketches. In addition to her pieces, we also show photography by Koren Reyes, Marc Maksim and the famous punk rock photographer, Sheila Rock. We have popular laser-cut metal home decor in copper and stainless steel by Jason Senior, exquisite beeswax candle art, jewelry by Leeann Herreid made from weapons and ammunition surrendered to the police department, and a large pod of carved driftwood whales in various sizes by Andy Teran. Adam Frank’s subtle luminaria are the newest addition to the gallery. His beautifully crafted pieces cast finely detailed shadows with an LED or with a live flame that burns liquid paraffin. Monika’s mom makes all the pillows and her dad makes the birdhouses. The elegant, refined craftsmanship is remarkable. Monika has an MFA in art and design from UMass Amherst and a BFA from RISD.
