How do I start shopping for products on Shop Local RI?
There are four easy ways to shop on Shop Local RI:
- Start at the top! Hover over “Shop” in the navigation and a category menu will appear with all our product categories and sub-categories. Start shopping!
- In the search bar, type in what you're looking for and see what products are for sale or what businesses have to offer.
- Click on a circular category icon to browse in that category.
- Scroll through the homepage to find engaging product collections.
Can I buy products from multiple vendors?
Yes! All shopping sprees end with ONE simple checkout process. And each vendor receives your order and gets those products right out to you!
How do I check on the status of my order?
When the vendor receives your order, you will likely receive an email that your order has been placed and is on its way to you.
If you would like to check on the status of your orders on Shop Local RI marketplace, you will need to create an account.
How do I get in touch with a vendor?
Every vendor on Shop Local RI has a Business Profile page with contact information in the event you want to reach out to them directly.

Is my information secure while using this site?
Yes, we use the latest technology to be sure all of your information is secure, and we take security very seriously. We will never share or sell any information on this site. Shop Local RI also uses Stripe, notably the most secure banking processing application, to process all payments.
We trust Stripe and their attentive customer service to process and support our vendor sales. Shop Local RI does not receive any credit card information. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
If I have a Business Profile, can I automatically begin selling products or advertising on Shop Local RI?
Yes! If you’ve created a business profile, you can easily upgrade to become a vendor or advertiser in the marketplace! We have different subscription plans to choose from depending upon your business goals. Once you log into your account, go to your Dashboard and choose your desired option.
