The Collaborative (Non-profit)

A Community Nonprofit Arts Organization and Gallery.

  • Business Profile

Business Overview

The Collaborative was established as a nonprofit organization in 2016 by a group of educators who wanted to create a place where artists and musicians could exhibit and share their talents and network with other like-minded individuals. Over the years we have brought high-quality arts and arts education programs to Rhode Island as well as meaningful community events such as the Warren Folks Festival, a free to the public, one-day arts and music festival.

Our primary space, located on Main Street in Warren, acts as a gallery that has been home to over 50 local artists and 30 youth artists from all over RI. The space has also hosted dozens of music and spoken word performances as well as multiple educational workshops and classes. We are one of the only arts education organizations in Bristol County, RI and serve more than 1,000 youth and adults each year through a wide variety of programs.

The Collaborative's goal is to maintain a space that provides support for community projects and educational opportunities for youth.
