About The Savory Grape

Since its inception in 2006, The Savory Grape has become one of the premier wine, craft beer, and spirits retail and online businesses in New England. While boutique in feel with top-notch client service, our large footprint of more than 10,000 square feet gives clients from all over the region an array of brands and services from which to choose.

Specialty, High-End Liquor Store

Our shelves and walk-in beer cooler offer a hand-curated array of more than 1,000 craft beers that represent the U.S. and international breweries. Our collection of spirits – including, but certainly not limited to, bourbon, tequila, single malt scotch, and American whiskey – is vast, and includes many in-demand, limited-edition, high-end, and hard-to-find cult spirits.

Rhode Island’s Best Wine Shop

Our all-inclusive wine selection has something for everyone, with thousands of bottles spanning every day, quality value selections under $15, to first-growth Bordeaux such as Chateau Mouton Rothschild and high-end Napa Valley wines from the estates of Bond and Harlan.

Jessica Granatiero of The Savory Grape

Jessica founded The Savory Grape because of her passion for all things wine & savory! Simply put, she wanted to share her knowledge and joy of wine and spirits with others in a non-stuffy environment. Whether you are just starting out, or are a true collector, Jessica says, “Wine should not be intimidating.” From travels in the US and Europe, Jessica has brought her experiences into the business that has received recognition by the Wall Street Journal, Wine Spectator, RI Monthly, Providence Journal, Providence Business News & Edible Rhody. Jessica also created To Savor, a collection of her writings, musings and travels as a woman in business, entrepreneur and mother.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Jessica’s work experiences included marketing and public relations at firms Feinstein Kean in Cambridge, MA, and Hill & Knowlton Strategies in Washington, DC. Jessica has received the Top 40 Under 40 & Women to Watch awards by Providence Business News. She holds a BA in Communications, Magna Cum Laude, and a MA in Psychology. She has completed the Wine & Spirits Education Trust. Jessica has served in nonprofit roles for the American Heart Association, Southern New England, East Greenwich Summers Arts and Festival Organization, RI Philharmonic and Advancing Women’s Excellence. If you don’t see her, she may be with her 13+-year-old daughter or traveling to find great things for you.
