Providence Pilates Center is a classical Pilates studio with three locations in Rhode Island - Providence, Narragansett, and the newly opened Cumberland location. They offer a variety of styles and sessions - tower, mat, or barre classes and either private classes or duos or trios with an instructor. They also now offer an online option using Zoom.
Owned and operated by veteran Pilates instructor, Cheryl Turnquist, the Providence Pilates team strives to make each client leave their session feeling longer, taller, and stronger by really focusing on the mind/body connection.
